What we run. How it works.
Two sports. One structure. Weekly clinics inside partner schools' existing after-school programs, coached by trained student volunteers, with all equipment provided. Free for everyone involved.
Core Program
School Clinics
Weekly, structured, and led by high schoolers with adult supervision from partner school staff. Same time, same place, same coaches, every week.
Soccer
Passing, dribbling, spacing, and joyful chaos. Small-sided play so every kid gets touches on the ball, not just the athletic ones.

West Park is our current partner. Weekly basketball and soccer for 1st through 5th graders in Humboldt Park, at zero cost to the school or families.

Anatomy of a Clinic
What a typical session looks like

Warm-up circle
Coaches greet each kid by name, run a short warm-up, and set the tone. Every clinic starts consistent and predictable — that structure is half the value.

Station work
Small-group rotations focused on one or two skills per week: ball handling, passing, shooting, or footwork. Every kid gets reps. No one stands in line for 20 minutes.

Small-sided scrimmage
We break into small games so every kid gets touches. Coaches referee, teach on the fly, and keep the vibe fun. Winning matters less than showing up next week.
Safety and supervision
Every clinic runs inside a partner school's existing after-school program, with the school's staff on-site. Our student coaches are trained before their first clinic and supervised by our board. First-aid supplies are always on hand.
Beyond Clinics
Equipment & Collections
We collect gently-used sports equipment — balls, cleats, uniforms, gear — and donate it directly to kids and partner schools that need it.
Have equipment sitting in your garage? Reach out. Our Collections Manager will coordinate a drop-off or pickup and make sure it gets to a kid who'll use it.
Programs are re-evaluated quarterly — with partner schools, principals, and after-school staff. If something isn't working, we fix it. If a new grade level needs coverage, we add it. Quality is a moving target, not a one-time setup.
